If the product is not in stock at the time of ordering, estimated time for delivery will range from 1 to 2 weeks. We will immediately send you an order confirmation via e-mail or fax, with a delivery date. We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. |

| No product may be returned for repair, replacement or refund without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, phone or fax Race Energy/Analytic Systems with the model and serial number of the item to be repaired or returned. Please also include a detailed description of the nature/symptoms of the problem.
If a product is being returned from outside of Canada, the package must be clearly marked with "Canadian Made Goods Being Returned" value = $10.00 RETURN (Ship to) Adress:

Orders can be cancelled by fax or by phone. We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee on any cancelled order. Restocking applies to basic standard products only.

We require a Federal ID number or Social Security number in order to clear customs and ship to the US. Please provide this information with your order. All of our products are shipped FOB from our warehouse in Delta, BC CANADA, and shipments are prepaid and added to to the invoice. Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
